Kaff prides itself on utilising local resources and the influences of its local community. So when Chef Myers from New Orleans appeared on the scene, not only did he transform the food we were serving with his amazing and original Louisiana influences, but he also embraced our local relationships with the likes of Me’ Julie to Old Mrs Taylor’s Roti’s and Uncle Andrew’s Famous Chocolate Brownies. It’s good ol’ Americana cookin’ but when you have the world on your doorstep you may as well use it!
