Saxophonist Vasilis Xenopoulus starred with Tad Newton’s Jazzfriends at “Jazz at The Bedford” recently to huge acclaim. Since moving to the UK from Athens in 2002 he has established himself as one of London’s leading saxophonists.
“I’ll Remember April” (music by Gene de Paul, lyrics by Patricia Johnston and Don Rave) was just one of the numbers played on a May evening of great jazz enjoyed by a
packed house of enthusiastic fans.
