A Birthday Special for Emile Van Pelt Back in May 2014

“Runnin’ Wild”, a popular song written by A.H. Gibbs, Joe Grey and Leo Wood, and first recorded in 1922, performed here by The New Orleans Zulus at The Peartree Jazz Club, Welwyn Garden City, on 14th April, 2014. I just happened to be there to film it on Emile’s birthday.

Emile Van Pelt (piano), John Defferary (Clarinet), Brian Turnock (Leader, Bass), Dan Vercruysse (Trumpet), Emile Martyn (Drums), Philippe de Smet (Trombone).
