I applaud and congratulate Trevor Stent and his vibrant, youthful Fest Jazz Team for assembling a magnificent array of top rate bands and musicians to feature on the banks of the River Aulne at Châteauneuf-du-Faou, from Friday 29th till Sunday, 31 July.
- Five Festival Venues, 20 Groups!
- Over 120 musicians!
- 70% of them under 30 years old!
- 3000 spectators with a massive emphasis on youth!

Our annual visit down to FestJazz is coming round quite quickly now.- looking forward to catching up with again Peter. You have done a great job here promoting this amazing jazz festival, and it certainly deserves all the advertising it can get. Those young people on the team really work hard on it. Trevor mentioned the other day he has ideas for bands for next year. That’s dedication for you, he hasn’t got this years festival out of the way and is already drafting plans for 2017 !!!!!!!!!! The man is a master festival planner.
