Fanny Abela has introduced me to the Spanish based “Albert Bello and Oriol Saña Experiment”. Albert and Oriol are two distinguished Spanish musicians who are featuring scintillating and daring improvisations based on Django Reinhardt’s melodies.
Fanny wrote to me: “The virtuosity of Albert and Oriol on stage, their positive attitude and their connection with the public, keep the audience in suspense throughout their shows. Thanks to their huge musical background, Albert and Oriol present a warmth in their unique yet recognisable style, mixing jazz, gipsy swing, bluegrass and classical music.”
